  Heather Riggin

  Agency Manager

  Heather Riggin was born and raised in Maryland and is a proud mother of two. She has been in the insurance field since 2015 and has been part of the office since 2020, where she is dedicated to helping customers protect what matters most. Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time outdoors hiking with her husband of 20 years and her two standard poodles, exploring new experiences, and getting creative with arts and crafts. She also loves going to concerts and has recently taken up traveling, embracing every opportunity to see new places and make lasting memories.

  Operations Manager

  I was born and raised in Lewes, Delaware. I graduated from Cape Henlopen High School in 2023. Currently, I am attending Delaware Technical Community College as a Marketing Major. I wish to continue my education at Wilmington University to receive my bachelor’s degree. When I am at home, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Rocky. I have heart for rescue dogs, I wish I could adopt them. I also enjoy spending time with the people who are most important to me.

  Kim was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. She moved to Ocean City, MD to attend college at Wor-Wic Community College. She loved being by the beaches. She moved to Delaware in 2016. She wanted to make a career change to insurance. She joined our team and obtained her insurance license. She loves helping people, so she thought it was the best path to take.   Vanessa is a native Delawarean, that really loves spending her time at the beach. She graduated from University of Delaware and would like to keep studying just for the fun of it. She loves going out and taking trips or staying in and binge-watching shows. Her goal is to travel as much as possible. Vanessa joined our agency in 2023 and assists the Agency Owner and Manager. She also helps the Account Managers and loves to help customers with the best service she can provide. She is a Spanish speaker and helps the Spanish speaking community with their needs as well.   Caitlin was born in Baltimore and moved to Lewes in 2015. She graduated from Cape in 2019. She loves to spend time with her daughter and boyfriend when she is not in the office. They are always traveling together. Caitlin received her license with us in 2022 and loves serving our community for their insurance needs. She is eager to help and jumps in anytime she is needed.   Born in Ohio originally, moved to DE in 2000 to be near family, married a local man and have fallen in love with everything Delaware. I've worked in the insurance industry for nearly 30 years and still try to learn something new every day. I enjoy customers and take pride in helping protect them from the unexpected, in my free time I enjoy traveling with my husband, time with family, and playing tourist at the Delaware beaches. I play a mean game of putt putt golf. I have 3 furry kids of my own & volunteer with a local animal rescue.
